Tex-mex Mix

Yield: 2 quarts

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 qt Popcorn popped in oil 2 ts Ground cumin
2 ts Ground chili powder 1 c Cubed Monterey Jack cheese
2 ts Paprika -- (in 1/4" cubes)

Keep popped corn warm. Mix seasonings together and toss with
popcorn. Add cheese and mix thoroughly.

Nutritional info per serving (based on 3-cup servings): Total
calories 402, 29 g fat (18 g saturated), 16 g carbohydrates, 0.9 g
fiber, 22 g protein, 888 mg sodium, 66 mg cholesterol. For a
lower-fat version of Tex-Mex Mix, use low-sodium, low-fat cheese for
22 g of fat (12 g saturated).
