Turkey In Red Wine And Herb Sauce
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
3 tb Sunflower oil
1 500 gram pac diced turkey
-thigh
1 500 g jar JS Red Wine and
-Herb Saucery
1/2 Red pepper; deseeded and cut
; into strips
1/2 Green pepper; deseeded and
-cut
; into strips
Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and stir-fry the turkey until it is sealed on
all sides.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish and pour over the jar of sauce.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour. 15 minutes before the end of cooking add the
pepper strips.
Notes Rice or noodles can be served with this dish.
