Turkey Loaf #2
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
1 lb Ground turkey breast 1 c Green pepper, finely chopped
1 lg Onion, chopped 1 cn Tomato sauce
2 c Bread crumbs 2 cl Garlic
2 Egg whites, beaten 2 ts Thyme
1/2 c Skim milk 1 ts Sage
1 c Carrots, finely chopped ds Cayenne pepper
Mix all together and press into a loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 60-75
minutes. Serves 8
