Wacel's Relish

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 cn Whole-style cranberry sauce
1 Texas Ruby Red or Rio Star;
-(red!) grapefruit (do not
-substitute)
1 Jalapeno pepper

Segment the Ruby Red grapefruit. Peel the segments to remove the fibrous
parts and the skin of the individual segments. Cut the remaining flesh into
"chunks".

Remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper and mince it finely.

Mix all three prepared ingredients together and serve chilled as a relish.
