Wacky Cake (rodier)

Yield: 1 Cake

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

1 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Cocoa
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 tb Vinegar
5 tb Canola oil
1 c Lukewarm water

Sift dry ingredients together in an ungreased 8 inch square cake pan.
Make 3 holes equally spaced in mixture. Pour vanilla into one,
vinegar in another and oil in the third. Pour water over top and stir
well, until all ingredients are mixed. Bake at 325F for 45-50 min.
