Waffles Deluxe

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

2 c Plain flour; sifted
3 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Buttermilk
4 Eggs; well beaten
1 c Butter or margarine; melted

Sift first 4 ingredients. Combine milk and eggs; add to dry ingredients.
Beat with a mixer at high speed, until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Bake
in a waffle iron. We make batter the night before and refrigerate.
