Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients and directions for this recipe
2 ea Habeneros, seeds, and stems 1 ea Purple onion, chopped
; removed and chopped 1/3 c Lime juice
2 md Tomatoes chopped 3 tb Fresh cilantro, chopped
Combine he chiles, tomatoes, onions, and lime juice in a bowl and mix
well. Allow to sit for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Just
before serving, stir in the cilantro.
