Yam 'n Ham Boats

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

Sweet Potatoes, baked -chopped
Ham, cooked and chopped Salt
Onions, sauteed and chopped Pepper
Bell Peppers, sauteed and Cheese, grated

Scoop out the flesh of baked sweet potatoes, leaving the skins
intact. Mash the potatoes and add ham, onions, green peppers, and
salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the mixture back into the shells,
top with grated cheese, and put under the broiler until the cheese
melts.
