Za'atar

Ingredients and directions for this recipe

-NORTH AFRICA, TURKEY-
-and Jordan 1 oz Ground sumac
2 oz Sesame seeds 1 oz Dried powdered thyme

Dry roast the sesame seeds over medium heat for a few minutes,
stirring frequently. Cool, then mix with the sumac and thyme. Stored
in an airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 months.
